Elite Performance Academy Coach Ruiz, himself an accomplished martial artist who will soon be pursuing his Black Belt in Taekwondo, has been developing a number of combat athletes recently, and 2 in particular are reaping the rewards of their increased strength, power, speed, and agility.
Miro Mostovac:
Is Presently in Training for the Pan-American Championships in June 2012. He has already had a successful start to the tournament season with a National Championship performance at the CTFI (Canadian Taekwondo Federation International) achieving the Gold Medal in men’s 2nd degree patterns, Gold in Men’s special techniques, and Silver in men’s middleweight sparring. All of these accomplishments led to young Miro being honoured the title Trophy for Best Overall Male Athlete. His great work ethic, focus and intense approach to training will have him gunning for another Champion perfromance at the Pan-Americans.
We look forward to continuing to watch these great athletes development and represent the EPA family at the Pan-American Championships.
