Regardless of your sport, Speed is the name of the game! Being able to Accelerate, Change Direction, and Outrun your opposition will make you an unstoppable athlete! Director of Athlete Development Pat Woodcock has been trained by Athletics Canada as an NCCP Level 1 Sprints Coach, and was the 1st Certified Speed and Agility Specialist in Canada, certified by the International Youth Conditioning Association.
ELITE SPEED SCHOOL will:
- Improve Top-End Speed and Acceleration
- Improve Quickness, Agility, and Change of Direction
- Increase Dynamic Strength
- Develop Endurance
- Maximize Jumping Ability
- Decrease Susceptibility to Injury
- Boost Confidence
In addition, this year Elite Speed School will be run in 2 age groups in order to better tailor the program to the skills and abilities of the athletes. Juniors will be ages 12 and under, and Senior will be ages 13 and above.
