Elite Football Camp Recap

Over 80 athletes. 13 coaches. Over 60 combined years of CFL playing experience. 3 University Scouts. 2 Grey Cup Championships. 1 Amazing Day!

One parent said it was “as good if not better than any other football camp out there. It provided us good exposure to the college and university recruiters that were in attendance. The exposure to former CFL/CIS and current CIS coaches and players was tremendous. My son has learned more in one day than one whole season of football. It is an experience I would not hesitate to repeat.”

From 8:30am – 3:00pm Ottawa’s football stars of tomorrow (and in some cases, today) learned the skills, techniques, and knowledge to help take them to the next level of their athletic careers.? In addition to the coaches on the field, the players heard from University coaches and scouts from Queen’s University and St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, and from Hari Ghuman, Registered Nutritionist and the head of ProEating, Inc.

7 athletes were awarded a pair of Cutters gloves, courtesy of Entrix Sports, and one athlete was awarded a full scholarship to the Syracuse University Football Camp this summer.

The coaches and scouts that were in attendance have begun the recruiting process with at least 6 of the players in attendance, all of whom are Elite Performance Academy athletes.? No doubt there will be more to come.

Needless to say, Elite Football Camp was a resounding success.? We have been inundated with requests for our next camp, and it is already in the works.? All in a day’s work when you’re Training Athletes Today to be Champions Tomorrow!
