Elite Eats – Jingle Balls

Here's a great way to enjoy some sweet treats over the holidays without derailing your training and nutrition goals!   Made with 100% Raw, high-energy, and gluten-free ingredients.  And they are ready in 10 minutes!!

2 1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp maca root powder
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup almond butter (or other nut butter, but not peanut)
1/2 cup raw honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut


  • mix all dry ingredients except for coconut
  • add all the wet ingredients to the middle of the dry
  • wash hands
  • mix dry and wet ingredients together with hands (or spoon)
  • put mixture in fridge for 5-10 min
  • pour shredded coconut into bowl
  • take mixture out of fridge, moisten hands and roll into 1-2inch balls
  • roll in the shredded coconut until covered
