December has been an exciting time for several of our Elite Football athletes. Five of our longtime athletes officially signed their National Letters of Intent to play football for the Carleton University Ravens when they kick-off their comeback season in 2013. Lake Johnston, Stefano Napolitano, Cameron Stewart, Travis Troughton and Tyler Young have all been a part of #TeamEPA for several years, and we are extremely proud to have seen their development not only as athletes, but as young men and leaders on and off the field. In addition, starting QB and celebrated recruit Jesse Mills has been a dedicated part of #TeamEPA since the day he arrived in Ottawa
In discussing the Elite Performance Academy recruits, Carleton Head Coach Steve Sumarah described them as; dominant physical forces with outstanding size, athleticism, and versatility, with all the physical tools to be successful at the next level. Coach Sumarah also recognized that they have great knowledge and understanding of the game and have the potential to make an impact immediately with their new team.
All five of these athletes have trained in the full spectrum of Elite Performance programs including Elite Athlete Development, the Elite Football Academy, and Elite Speed Academy. Their commitment to this coordinated program has provided them with the ultimate combination of specific physical preparation and football skills to go along with their natural abilities and incredible work ethic.
We are extremely excited to see what the future holds for these exceptional young athletes.
Train Elite. Be Elite.
